Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Pod Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing Pod.

This role ensures that all creative, social media, and video production initiatives are executed smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will coordinate between internal team members and clients, manage timelines, and support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Pod with professionalism, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
