Marketing Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end campaign execution (EDM, social, webinars, website)
• Manage timelines, briefs, and coordination with the Studio/creative team
• Assist with copywriting and content rollout
• Track and upload leads into CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Prepare campaign reports and analyze key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CPC, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Support budget tracking and campaign reconciliation

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail
• Project Management skills including timeline management of deliverables
• Comfortable with data and reporting
