Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and to manage relations with the Agents and Customers; find new markets; and to announce fares/charges, regulations and innovations to the agents.

  • Produce weekly and monthly activity reports to document sales activity against sales targets and highlight positive and negative sales results and provide recommendations for alternate sales strategies to counteract negative results when necessary.

  • Maintain good relations on permanent basis with the agents situated at her/his region; ensures that regional sales are increased, and that potential of the recently launched routes are examined; and informs her/his superv...
