This Position reports to:
ELSB/ELSB Marketing & Sales Manager
**Your**role** and**responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the **Smart** Building &**Smart**Power**Divisions** in**Mexico**.
Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.
