Marketing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Purpose The role is responsible for the
end‑to‑end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes
. This includes programme conceptualisation, market analysis, stakeholder coordination, marketing alignment, and commercial performance management. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, the role supports the Head of Program Origination & Marketing to ensure programmes are delivered
on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic and commercial objectives
. Key Roles & Responsibilities Programme Management (End‑to‑End) Own programme planning and delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and launch readiness. Manage the full programme lifecycle from concept development through production coordination to market launch. Maintain programme plans, milestones, approvals, and risk/issue logs to ensure timely execution.
