Marketing Specialist

We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and fast-moving Marketing & Operations Specialist to help drive growth, execute strategies, and manage operations for a high-energy business. This role can be part-time or full-time depending on availability.
What you'll do:
⦿ Plan, create, and post engaging social media content (captions, videos, reels)
⦿ Write and publish blog posts, including basic SEO optimization
⦿ Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
⦿ Manage funnels, ManyChat sequences, and retargeting strategies
⦿ Design lead-gen documents, course materials, PowerPoints, emails, landing pages, and website updates
⦿ Support outreach to potential business contacts, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
⦿ Monitor inboxes, DMs, YouTube comments, and customer queries
⦿ Edit and post podcasts, including show notes
⦿ Execute email marketing campaigns (nurture sequences, funnels)
