Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conceive, plan, execute and optimise the company's social media presence and image, building on existing foundations.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns (digital & traditional).
• Manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads:

Build & optimise compliant campaigns
Navigate restrictions on firearms and regulated categories
Track & report performance metrics

• Deliver campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email newsletters, WhatsApp groups, and expand into new channels.
• Grow the company's traditional marketing presence, including billboards, pamphlets, expos and events.
• Collaborate with Sales & Management to define objectives, messages and campaign schedules.
