• Work Schedule: PST (Pacific Standard Time), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Setup: 100% Remote
• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Performance Manager to fully own and scale our Google advertising ecosystem.

This role is strictly focused on Google Ads — including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing. You will be directly accountable for improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns.

This is not a general digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands Google's algorithm, bidding mechanics, intent-based targeting, and performance scaling at a strategic level.
