We're Hiring: Onsite Performance Marketing Expert (Clothing Brand)
We are looking for an onsite performance marketer who has proven experience scaling clothing brands using paid ads — with strong expertise in Meta Ads and hands-on exposure to Snapchat & TikTok Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Manage and optimize Snapchat & TikTok ads (secondary focus)
Drive profitable growth with strong ROAS / low ACOS
Create and test ad creatives for apparel & fashion audiences
Optimize funnels, audiences, and retargeting strategies
Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend
Requirements:
Proven experience running successful clothing/fashion brand campaigns
Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (mandatory)
Solid understanding of Snapchat & TikTok Ads
Strong track record of maintaining good ACOS / ROAS
Data-driven mindset with creative testing skills
Must be available for onsite work
