Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase footfall and brand awareness.
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Plan promotions, campaigns, and collaborations with influencers & food bloggers.
Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and captions (coordination with graphic/video team).
Track marketing performance using KPIs and suggest improvements.
Stay on top of local trends and competitors in the café/food industry.
Coordinate with the operations team to align marketing with in-store promotions and events.
