Marketing Specialist – Peru

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Execution (ATL & BTL)
Work closely with Sales, Product and HQ teams to plan and execute local integrated marketing activities, including brand campaigns, offline channel support, and new product launches, to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage content planning and basic operations for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok; coordinate with local digital or social media agencies and track content performance.
KOL / Influencer Management
Identify, evaluate and manage KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, content delivery and performance tracking, to drive online visibility and engagement.
PR & Media Support
Support local media relations, press releases, and media exposure for product launches and key marketing activities.
Offline Marketing & Channel Support
Coordinate with channel partners and local vendors for in-store displays...
