Job Description
- Responsible for receiving inquiries and request for quotations from potential customers
- Conducts follow up communication with customers on their requirements for assembly quotations and contracts. Explains and elaborates thru telephone and e-mail technical capabilities of Tsukiden versus customer requirements.
- Provides initial process flow to all new models as reference in the quotation
- Computes and provides quotation proposal, cost down request for approval of superior.
- Computes on necessary adjustment on Tsukiden quotation as negotiated with potential customer with consideration on desired Tsukiden business mark-up/revenue.
- Communicate to customers matters that will improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the product being quoted.
- Regularly measures the company's performance through the conduct of surveys. Interprets the data and reports the result.
