Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

We're looking for a results-driven Offshore Marketing Specialist to manage all marketing channels for our real estate portfolio and turn data and market insights into action.

What You'll Do:

• Run and optimize ads on Google Ads, Zillow, Facebook,
• Create flyers and digital marketing materials
• Track, aggregate, and analyze lead and campaign data
• Build clear performance reports and dashboards
• Analyze local market comps and leasing data
• Advise on pricing adjustments based on comps, demand, and marketing performance
• Recommend marketing strategy and budget changes to improve results

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Zillow, Facebook,
• Experience reviewing or working with market comps and pricing
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Creative + analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and own results
