Job Description

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiates with the client on the services to be availed and the charges to be paid.

  • Seeks the approval of the branch manager on the negotiated services and charges.
  • Books the client based on the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Calls the client a day before the scheduled date of the services to confirm the booking.
  • Prepares customer related service forms. (Job Order, etc.)
  • Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reports to the branch manager.
  • Entertain clients and discuss the do's and don'ts.
  • Process the Job Order, Initial Checklist and Release Checklist which are for approval of the Branch Manager.
  • Process the payments of the clients.
  • Organize and file client document folder.
  • Conduct regular customer survey, with analysis and report.
