About the team:
Marketing Operations and Special Projects team is a part of the Singapore Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Head of Fintech and Mobility, Singapore.We work with all teams, all verticals and all products and services in the Singapore market. We have very high work volumes and work is very fast-paced.
About the Assignment:
We are hiring due to the addition of workload within the team.
The Core Objectives:
1. Providing accurate specifications for communication platforms to marketing teams
2. Setting up of all consumer, merchant and driver-partner communications via internal and external tools
3. Ensuring communications sent are error-free and to the right audience
4. Ensuring data set up is accurate before passing over to developers
5. Ensuring all communications are checked and approved by working team before scheduling
6. Schedule social posts
