Marketing Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be a Marketing Graduate, or any Business related course.
• Must have at least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Marketing
• Willing to do fieldwork anywhere in the Philippines
• Knowledgeable on social media postings and analytics
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans to meet business goals, identify target markets, and brainstorm new ways to acquire clients.
• Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns. Manage social media, update website content, and coordinate with the digital team for graphics.
• Conduct sales presentations (Zoom/In-person), send proposals, and close deals to hit monthly targets.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. Produce webinars, podcasts, and digital content.
• Perform regular competitor benchmarking and use data to refine marketing tactics.
