Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary

The Product and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the strategic positioning, lifecycle management, and demand generation activities for the company's IVD portfolio. This role serves as the bridge between technical expertise and commercial strategy, ensuring that marketing initiatives directly translate into sales opportunities. The Supervisor manages the marketing team, oversees principal relationships, and ensures the Sales team is technically equipped to win in the field.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology; Licensed Medical Technologist is highly preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the IVD Industry, with at least 1 year in a senior, lead, or supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, diagnostic equipment, and clinical applications.
• Proven ability to coach staff, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional projects.
