About the Role
This isn't one of those marketing roles where you just make decks and watch others do the fun stuff.
As a Marketing Trainee Officer, you'll be right in the middle of ideas, content, campaigns, and strategy - learning how real marketing works, not just how it looks on LinkedIn.
You'll experiment, brainstorm, test, fail (a little), learn (a lot), and grow faster than your Instagram explore page refreshes.
What You'll Be Doing
Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Writing captions, content ideas, and creative concepts (yes, your ideas will actually be heard)
Supporting social media, content calendars, and brand storytelling
Assisting with market research, trends, and competitor analysis
Collaborating with designers, strategists, and senior marketers
Learning how strategy turns into execution - and execution into results
