Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel

This role is hands‑on and focuses on GoHighLevel management, instant quote optimization, and multi‑channel marketing campaigns, starting with Northeast Ohio and expanding into new markets.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing execution, including local SEO coordination and conversion rate optimization across websites and landing pages.
• Oversee Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), website tracking, call tracking, lead attribution, and performance reporting.
• Own GoHighLevel execution, including funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, booking workflows, SMS/email automations, pipelines, tagging, and A/B testing.
