We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing & CRM VA to manage backend systems, CRM automations, and daily operations while supporting sales and social media workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM (TeamOS): email automations, campaigns, sales scheduling, onboarding
Project management via
Social media support (IG/FB comments, DMs, scheduling, content support)
Email & calendar management (sales calls)
Slack communication, client follow-ups & accountability
Stripe & Zelle payment management
Admin support (scheduling, travel, calls)
Ideal Candidate:
CRM & automation experience
Organized, proactive, tech-savvy
Comfortable supporting fast-paced teams
