Position Summary:
Reporting to the Group Manager, Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations, the Coordinator, Marketing Workflow Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing and content workflows across the organization. This role ensures that marketing initiatives move efficiently through the content lifecycle by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing operational workflows, and supporting the consistent execution of established marketing processes.
The role serves as a key operational partner to marketing, creative, and brand teams, maintaining visibility into project progress, identifying workflow bottlenecks, and helping ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. This position plays an important role in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling scalable content production across global marketing initiatives.
