Marketing/Affiliate Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Handle marketing related duties for the Japanese market.
•Building and maintaining client/affiliate relationships.
•Devising attractive programs to recruit new affiliate partners.
•Provide Japanese to English translation work for marketing content.
•Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls.
•Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service quality while handling the customer enquiries.
•Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan.
•Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
•Provide monthly reports on market performance.
•Must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCIES:
•Japanese: Native Level (Speaking and written Japanese)
•English: Business Level (Speaking and Written)
