Marketplace Social Media & Content Specialist

Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on social media expert focused on driving marketplace sales. This role owns content creation, posting, engagement, and follow-ups across Amazon Live, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You must understand how social content converts into sales—not just views.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and post short-form and live content for Amazon Live, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Plan and host Amazon Live sessions (product demos, promos, launches)
• Create TikTok content optimized for marketplace conversion
• Manage daily posting schedules across platforms
• Monitor comments, DMs, and messages and follow up consistently
• Engage with audiences to drive traffic and sales
• Track basic performance metrics (engagement, clicks, conversions)
• Coordinate with operations/catalog teams on products and promos
