Job Description

The Markets Operations - Confirmations Officer is an entry level position responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of trade confirmations within stipulated timelines, managing client issues, and contributing to operational efficiency and control.

Responsibilities:
Trade Confirmation Management:Daily Follow-up: Conduct daily follow-up on trade confirmation processes, ensuring completion within established timelines.Generation and Matching: Generate and accurately match trade confirmations, specifically utilizing templates from the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).Document Review & Escalation: Perform thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and timely escalation of any unissued or unexecuted documents.
Client and Issue Resolution:Client Issue Resolution: Ensure that client issues are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.Transaction Processing Escalation
