Summary Miller Waste Systems is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Director of Operations – ICI

to lead and oversee the performance of our Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) operations. The role drives operational excellence, financial performance, service reliability, and continuous improvement across front-end, roll‑off services and transfer station operations. The Director reports to the Senior Vice President and works cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Safety, and Equipment teams to align operational execution with company growth objectives.
