**How does the program work?** ** **



We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our DCOM team as a Content Creator Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in codifying the best- in- class Digital Merchandising Must Haves (DMMHs), briefing and liaising with agencies in enhancing pack shots, creating A+ content, curating secondary images, crafting compelling banners, and monitoring content scores on platforms. If you have a creative flair, keen eye for design, an innovative mindset, and a passion for digital commerce, we want to hear from you! You will be mentored by Line Managers and interacting with Senior leaders who will help you develop personal and functional development.



**What are we looking for?**



Graduates who are passed out from Campus recently or graduates with maximum experience of 2 years. We are open to Graduates and Postgraduates.
