Masking Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply masking tapes, plugs, caps, or films according to work instructions
• Remove masking materials after processing without damaging parts
• Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure proper coverage
• Ensure masked areas meet product and quality specifications
• Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches or defects
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Use tools and materials efficiently to minimize waste
• Identify and report defects, damages, or non-conforming parts
• Support production targets and work closely with line operators
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and workstations
• Record production output and inspection results as required
• Follow PPE and chemical safety requirements at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
