Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Masonry & Construction: Laying concrete hollow blocks (CHB), bricks, or stone to construct walls, partitions, and structures according to plans.
• Concrete Finishing: Smoothing, leveling, and finishing poured concrete for floors, sidewalks, and roads using hand tools, floats, or screeds.
• Plastering & Repair: Applying plaster or mortar to walls and ceilings, and repairing damaged concrete surfaces.
• Material Preparation: Mixing cement, mortar, or concrete, and operating machinery like concrete mixers.
• Site Preparation: Reading blueprints and technical drawings, measuring, and setting up the work area.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensuring structural integrity, maintaining tools, and following safety regulations.
