Mason/Carpenter-HOTEL

· Education / Certification

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Vocational certification (e.g. Masonry NC I, NC II) is a plus.

· Safety training (e.g. 40-hour Construction Occupational Safety & Health) for some certified roles.

· Experience

· At least some masonry experience

· Preferably experience working on construction sites, reading blueprints, and using masonry tools.

· Technical Skills

· Ability to mix mortar, lay bricks/blocks, and finish concrete.

· Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

· Physical Requirements

· Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.

· Good stamina (masonry work is physically demanding).

· Certifications / Competency

· TESDA NC II or NC III in Masonry is a plus / may be required for some employers.
