Mason/Carpenter

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform masonry works such as block laying, plastering, concreting, and finishing
• Perform carpentry works including formworks, framing, and installation of wooden fixtures
• Read and interpret basic construction drawings and measurements
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and construction materials
• Repair and maintain existing structures when needed
• Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Follow safety rules and proper PPE usage at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers on-site

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience as a Mason and/or Carpenter
• TESDA certification in Masonry or Carpentry (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
• Physically fit and able to work in construction environments
