Mason/Carpenter

Experience:

• Proven experience in masonry (bricklaying, blockwork, concrete work) or carpentry (woodwork, furniture, formwork).
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Previous work in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is advantageous.

Skills:

• Proficient with hand and power tools used in masonry or carpentry.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Basic problem-solving and ability to follow instructions.

Physical and Personal Attributes:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various conditions.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and follows proper construction site protocols.
