Masonry (Brick-Work) Shop Drawings Drafter (Remote)

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a skilled Drafter specializing in masonry shop drawings to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed shop drawings that guide the construction and installation of masonry work. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed masonry shop drawings from architectural plans and specifications.
• Floor plans with marked CMU walls showing block sizes, reinforcement, and heights
• Openings with lintel details (clearly marked on the plans)
• Detailed wall dimensions
• Masonry opening heights and widths
• Notes for special materials such as ties, anchors, etc., marked on the plans
• Review project documentation and collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
