MASS HIRING Ambassador

NORTH AREA

Working Days: Up to 5 days per week (including weekdays & weekends), 40 hours per week

Contract Period: 3 months (Apr to Jun 2026)

* Educate members of the public on identifying eligible recycling containers

* Guide residents on the correct use of designated recycling vending machines

* Encourage proper recycling behaviour and answer basic public queries

* Monitor machine usage and flag operational issues to supervisors

* Ensure the deployment area remains tidy and safe

Requirements

* Confident and comfortable engaging with the public

* Basic understanding of recycling or environmental initiatives preferred (training provided)

* Customer service or outreach experience is an advantage

* Able to commit for the full 3-month period

* Willing to work evenings and/or weekends, with flexibility for schedule adjustments
