Mass Merchandise Junior Manager

As a Mass Merchandise channel (supermarkets and department stores). This role focuses on driving profitability, expanding market share, and building strong customer partnerships through strategic sales execution and innovative business development.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Drive sales growth and profitability within the Mass Merchandise channel.

+ Develop new customers and manage the full commercial cycle.

+ Execute strategic sales, pricing, promotion, and POS plans.

+ Analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.

+ Negotiate seasonal promotions and support customer development.



**What We’re Looking For**



+ 6+ years of experience in retail, aftermarket, or similar sales roles.

+ Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

+ Experience managing the full commercial cycle.

+ Advanced Office 365 skills.
