Mass Timber Engineer

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Mass Timber Structural Engineer to join our passionate, talented team to manage and lead an exciting mix of local and not-so-local projects. This role is based in Vancouver, BC, or Toronto, ON.

A BIT ABOUT THE PERSON WHO WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE:

We are looking for someone with project and technical experience with mass timber projects, who is familiar with local building practices, permitting, and industry standards. US code knowledge and experience are strong assets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Perform detailed structural design under the mentorship of the principal-in-charge and/or senior engineers.
• Participate in delivering medium to large-sized projects, throughout all design and construction phases.
• Act as project manager for small to medium-sized projects, throughout all design and construction phases.
