Massage Therapist

About the role

Our Sutherland team at LifeCare is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team on a contracting basis.

You will provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. You will work with clients with a wide variety of physical conditions and tailor your care to make a real difference in your client’s quality of life. This role involves working within a collaborative team with Physiotherapists and other Massage Therapists.

In this role you will be...

• Assessing symptoms and medical history, making a diagnosis and developing care plans for individuals
• Manipulating muscles and other soft tissue/s
• Educating and training your clients on all aspects of therapy 
• Providing your clients with goal setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening and improving posture
