Salary Package: Up to ₱25,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for flight and hotel bookings
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and rebooking
• Provide travel policies and guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service experience

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

NON-VOICE | CHAT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Salary Package: ₱21,000 – ₱25,000
