We currently have exciting Permanent Part Time opportunities available to join the NRMA Marine team as a Master <45m. You will work a 7-day rotating roster where you will be responsible for the safe, clear and diligent management of the vessel and crew, while the vessel is being prepared for operation, is underway or finishing its operations, to ensure the day to day operations attain the standards required.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the safe navigation and operation of the vessel complying with maritime regulations and company guidelines
  • Maintain and update vessel systems and maintain accurate paperwork on the vessel
  • Manage the crew, crew attendance and performance
  • Ensure the overall satisfaction and safety of passengers on the vessel including directing your crew as appropriate in their primary roles and duties
