**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
- Lead the crew and foster a strong safety culture onboard.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders, including the shore management.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure proper training of crew members.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Master’s Certificate (CPT).
- Extensive experience in a similar role on chemical tankers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in various environments and under pressure.
