Master Data Controller

Job description:
This role is responsible for ensuring strong governance and high-quality standards across all SAP Master Data. The successful candidate will maintain accurate, complete, and fully compliant master data aligned with AECI's Master Data Strategy, Policies, and Standards. They will oversee all compliance steps for the creation and maintenance of SAP master data and ensure that all requests to create, update, block, or unblock records are processed efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Master Data Administration and Governance
Manage and maintain master data governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
Implement and monitor compliance requirements for business partner master data (customers and vendors).
Oversee master data support channels, including first‑line issue resolution and escalations.
Collaborate with Master Data Analysts to identify, prioritise, and drive data quality improvement initiatives.
