Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Carry out Master Data Applications and Interfaces programming tasks. Master Data application landscape varies from C#, PL/SQL to SAP based applications * Receive and handling of Remedy HD (Helpdesk) Incidents and CR (Change Request) Tickets. Remedy serves as the central Infineon IT ticketing platform * Performing applications CRs (Change Request) from Application Owner on monthly basis. CRs implementation will be prioritize according to urgency * Assists in solving incidents where the 2nd level Master Data Team is unable to solve. Collaborate with Master Data developers and application owner to find for solutions * Communication with Application Owner to obtain more information regarding the CRs to be implemented, propose man days estimation of development effort * Perform problem management (i.e. root cause analysis why similar problem reoccur and propose a solution to fix it) * Handling of Master Data application release process * Inv...
