Master Data Entry Specialist

What You Can Expect :

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the independent analysis, maintenance, control, and correction of master data in the relevant system
• Maintain Master Data mainly for all Rhenus TMS & other global applications
• Data preparation using Excel and continuous assurance of data quality
• Enforce established data standards and guidelines
• Accurate control and ensuring rapid clarification in the event of discrepancies
• Create analysis and reports as needed
• Design and optimization of master data processes, preparing MDM documents / SOPs
• Internal contact person for master data specific questions

What You Bring:

Knowledge & Experience

• Matric or Senior Certificate equivalent
• Working knowledge of ERP modules
• Experience of working as offshore service providers would be an advantage
  MS Office, especially Excel
