Master Data

Job Summary:

The Master Data (Oracle) Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of master data within Oracle ERP systems. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain master data in Oracle ERP (e.g., Item Master, Customer, Supplier, BOM, Routings, Chart of Accounts).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across modules.
• Enforce master data governance standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to validate data requirements and changes.
• Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Support ERP transactions by resolving master data-related issues and errors.
• Assist in system testing, data migration, and system enhancements.
