Master Data Management Analyst

Create and maintain master data including but not limited to Customer master, Fixed Asset Master, Vendor Master.

Works in conjunction with the business to ensure accurate master data set-ups and maintenance in the system.

Master data deactivation / obsoleting as and when required.

Blocking and unblocking vendors and customers depending on the request made by the business.

Managing the workflow approval/limit for staff claims.

Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.

Perform callback to vendor to verify information and banking details.

Work with the team members to share best practices.

Managing the mailbox/ticketing tool to ensure all request are responded on timely basis.

Assist in ad-hoc reporting required by the Line Manager or others.
