Master Data Management (MDM)

Job Summary

Master Data Specialist creates, maintains, and monitors Master Data records in accordance with HEIKEKEN process standards, data standards, policies and objectives to ensure that accurate and validated data is entered in the system for the assigned OpCos. All to achieve the agreed performance objectives and service levels while and strictly complying with all the standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains Master Data records in Global MDM tool and in various OpCos systems in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies and objectives.
• Ensures that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) using the workflow tools and numerous supporting

applications.
