Your new role
The Master Data Manager is responsible for leading the implementation,ernance, and ongoing optimisation of master data processes within the UK Finance Shared Service Centre. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of high‑quality,pliant master data across multiple countries. The role oversees dataernance frameworks, establishes quality standards, manages tools such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, and drives continuous improvement while resolving data integrity issues in partnership with IT and business stakeholders. You will also lead/develop a team of data specialists (6 to 8 heads), embed a strong data culture across the organisation, manage stakeholder engagement, and support major system and process change.
