Job Objectives: To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of items encoded in SAP and support efficient business processes, leading to improved data quality and operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

SAP Master Data Management:

• Input items into the SAP with precision, utilizing the established tagging system for consistent identification.
• Review items for new entries to prevent duplication. Initiate deactivation requests for duplicate items.
• Reclassify and amend items based on approved orders and customer feedback.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation to support the data items' requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the data items meet business needs.
• Creation of items in the system, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Create parallel postings for dead items and maintain records.
