The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the human resources function at a mining operation, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, supporting operational effectiveness, enabling workforce capability, and fostering a safe, engaged, and high performance culture. 
Qualifications and Experience 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field 
Minimum of 8 years total work experience 
6 Years experience working in Human Resources; Industrial Relations or smilar workfields 
Minimum of 3 years experience Working in Mining & Quarrying  
3 Years experience working with a Unionised environment and large, remote workforces
