Master Musician Coordinator

Location:  Baumholder area: Rheinland Chapel & Rock Chapel Employment Type: Contract (Part-Time / As Required) Key Tasks / Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all musical support for worship services and special religious events across multiple chapel locations.

Recruit, audition, schedule, and supervise musicians to ensure full coverage of all required services.

Coordinate weekly music selections with chaplains, worship leaders, and service themes.

Ensure musicians rehearse as required and arrive on time for all services and events.

Provide oversight of rehearsals, sound checks, and overall musical quality during services.

Maintain musician schedules, availability rosters, and service coverage plans.

Submit weekly music selections for chapel publications and bulletins.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required).
