Master Planner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources
2. Create Job Orders based on material and capacity
3. Responsible to generate MPS and lead follow-up meetings with operations Managers
4. Short/midterm capacity requirement review
5. Labor load review
6. Material availability review
7. Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.
8. Interacts with factory floor to ensure the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given
9. Data analysis overviews
10. Makes projections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management
11. Attends and participates in meetings related to functions and makes presentations as required for KPIs
